He jolted and stumbled backwards. "S-sorry, I...wait, I didn't come to apologize. What were you doing?!" He had had one fist in the air to knock and it stayed there, shaking a little as he eyed the trashbag. Was there another body in there? She sure didn't look like a psychotic killer, especially with her hair in a towel like that. Actually, it looked a little silly. But he had to stay serious. "I didn't tell the police because I wanted to ask you first. Did he try to assault you? Did you even have a reason?" His voice grew slightly higher and more quavery as he became hysterical at the realization that, yes, even if she may have had decent motives, he was still standing before a cold-blooded killer.

Terezi noticed his eyes gaze to the trashbag. Why? Why did she have to grow a conscious this ONE time. She let out a long sigh. Should she tell him. "It's...kinda a long story." She admitted. This was no lie, it would take one hell of a long time to explain. Also, she didn't exactly want to tell him right outside her door where everyone was in earshot. Her mind said to lie but her heart told her to be honest, and she didn't know which was currently the more sane one at the moment. Though she did know, he wasn't going to let this go until he got an answer he was looking for, but was he looking for the answer that was the truth?

She moved out of the way to let him in. "Well, I'm not really going to be telling all of this out in the open." She dropped the bag and thankfully, it made a sound to signify there wasn't much in it. "Before you even ask, no I'm not going to hurt you."
That was probably the most important thing he was thinking about right now, but she doubt that answer gave him much reassurance.

Oh, very comforting. He entered cautiously and sat on the couch, watching her from behind his thick glasses and bangs. There wasn't a body in the bag. But maybe parts of one? He really shouldn't think about these things.

She closed the door behind him and follow him into the living room. "So I guess I should begin with how did much you? see." Terezi asked. God, that was wanted to know. Man, maybe she was a bit too much of a vampire.

"...not much, just you standing over a dead guy. A very bloody dead guy." A very bloody, very dead dead guy. Right. She probably got the point. "And I think...your face had blood on it?"
2015-04-09 04:59:42 -
●
"So I guess you missed the worse of it..." She looked away. The worst of it? The entire thing was the worst of it! Terezi wasn't good at making friend, and this was why. "Well, what do you think happened?" There she goes, beating around the bush once more. she was sure this time he wasn't going to buy it, however. Honestly? She didn't blame him. If she walked in on something like that, she'd be terrified.

What did he think? He had no idea. The first thing that came to mind was possession, but if so she probably wouldn't have remembered the event. So that was a negative. Other than that, he was clueless. "I don't know. I was kind of hoping you were defending yourself and things got out of hand."
2015-04-09 15:12:27 -
●
Well, a possession would be easier to explain than this. A lot easier. "Well....that's really, not the case." She admitted. Hell, she could tell him and him take it as a joke. Possibly. More than likely. "You know all those fairy tales about the creepy dark villain who should be locked up and kept away from humans?"
2015-04-09 21:59:55 -
🌀
Of course he did. He grew up on those: Beauty and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty, uh...actually, there weren't very many specifically about locking up creepy villains. But sure, he got the gist. "Yeah. What about them?" He wondered who was the villain in this scenario.
2015-04-09 22:56:33 -
●
"I'm one of those villains." She continued. "One of those monsters you'd find only in fairy tales, and more than likely that need to be locked up for everyone else's safety." He probably didn't understand what she really meant, but she assumed he would get some kind of hint about it.

He frowned. So it was like this, huh? The misunderstood Big Bad Wolf. "I suggest meditation. I've heard that helps with a temper. You don't seem like the kind of person who would mean to hurt anyone." No, he didn't comprehend the situation at all.
2015-04-09 23:03:21 -
●
Terezi couldn't help but give a small chuckle to that. Yes, this was serious situation, but it just funny to her. She wished it was just a temper issue. "I'm afraid that it's something more complicated than that. More than you could really understand."
2015-04-09 23:05:49 -
🌀
"It can't be /that/ complicated. I'll catch on." Probably. Was she an addict, too? Maybe childhood trauma. It was times like these when he seriously considered going for a degree in psychiatry.

"I'm sure it is." She answered. "The story about it is a bit long. Like...two hundred years long." If didn't give him the hint, he was really oblivious or didn't know shit about the occult.
2015-04-09 23:15:42 -
🌀
Two hundred years. So it started before her generation? No, that didn't make sense. What was the conversation even about anymore? There were certain mythical species endowed with near immortality...dragons, spirits, nymphs, vampires...the blood on her face. But that was ridiculous. The whole time he was working this out he was cleaning his glasses on his sweater, brows furrowed.

From the look on Tassek's face, the wheels inside his head were turning. Did he finally get the hint? She remained silent. Terezi wasn't going to give it out all on her own, he needed to figure it out too. Maybe he wasn't that smart and it'd go right over his head. She hoped that this wasn't the case.
2015-04-09 23:30:54 -

It was a logical conclusion that he didn't want to believe for various reasons, the most important being that things like that just didn't /exist/. Sure, in books, RPGs, and crappy films they were real, but only up to that point...right? He put his glasses back on and looked for something in her stance or expression that screamed VAMPIRE. He couldn't see it. Except, perhaps, for her eyes, which seemed oddly mature and sad for a young woman. As if she had experienced several lifetimes. ".........."

He was getting there, but he clearly needed some help. She stood up from the couch and moved to where she was in front of him. Terezi was still silent, but her mouth was open as she wanted to say something. Though, from her lips, something could be visible.
Two small, pearly white fangs.

Tassek passed out on the couch. Understandable, really. How much more distressing can you get than having the presence of a vampire in the room clarified? In the split second before the realization was overtaken by fear and sleepiness, however, everything sort of clicked. When he woke up he wouldn't need any more explanations. If he was still alive at that point, anyway.

Andddd he passed.Good one Terezi, you broke him. Well, it was for sure he knew now. Now, all that was left was taking care of the laundry. Which she did now. Right before she left, however, she left a note neatly written on a piece of white silk in black pen giving instructions to where she would be, and that if he stilled wanted to be near her, she would be there. With that, she exited the apartment with the black bag in hand.

Tassek glanced out his window. There he was again. Ponytail guy, sitting there like he had every other evening for the last couple of weeks. It was really, really starting to creep him out. Not like he hadn't had an abundance of that already. He was only four nights into the first game. Foxy kept killing him. He'd gotten a lot of well-needed sleep thanks to him, though, so he was starting to grow fond of the big fuzzy sprinter. The same could not be said for ponytail guy. He'd avoided leaving his apartment except for classes, and even then he would be followed. Ever since the experience with the vampire girl he had avoided being alone or walking home late, but the guy outside seemed to be trying his hardest to catch him at those rare moments when everyone had disappeared into their homes or businesses, and he was growing more impatient by the day. Tassek closed the blinds and looked at the scrap of fabric taped to the corner of his laptop. Could ponytail also be...? No, they couldn't be /that/ common. But it still made him horribly nervous.
Cale was, in fact, getting frustrated with his prey. The guy just seemed to be an antisocial loser, never going anywhere but school and not even attending late-night fraternity parties. How disappointing. Eventually he would have to go in after him. That wouldn't be fun.

It didn't take rocket science for Terezi Pyrope to figure out he wasn't going to come, she already knew. She wasn't stupid. They barley knew each other so he had no reason to find her. Once she returned, she noticed the empty house and the silk was gone. Well, that was some good material gone to waste. He could of at least left it there.
the first couple weeks were a bit worrysome for Terezi. She was afraid he was going to tell, and then the next that would happen is she is sharing a cell with a woman named Bubbah or being shipped to a science facility for experimentation. Those couple weeks she only went out when she needed to, and that was when the pain of thirst was too much for her to bare. After that, however, she settled down. It seemed the investigation of the dead homeless man had turned cold, and people were still scratching their heads at it.
Eventually, Terezi went back to sewing dresses. The vampire had to make money somehow, as her needs to look human weren't going to pay themselves. Currently, she was working on one of her biggest ones yet. A plus sized woman want something long and poof, but was willing to pay a extremely well price for it. She couldn't turn it down. Fabric was everywhere as she pinned pieces of silk and satin to the mannequin. She threw a piece of ironed fabric as she sat on her floor to finish pinning.

Pin. Move. Pin. Move. This dress better be worth it. She had been working on this for two hours by just prepping the fabric and pinning. Terezi stood up. It looked at least somewhat ready.
That was when she heard a knocked on the door.
As well as sensing another vampire.
Terezi swore if it was who she thought it was, there was going to be hell to pay after she was finished with him, but she wasn't sure. Either way, she was going to be cautious.
She opened the door to find....Tassek? The hell.
"I didn't expect to see you here." She began. Great greeting, Terezi.

Terezi just shook her head. "You weren't overreacting. You were just being a sane human." He then spoke about being followed, and now understood what was going on.
The other vampire was following him, but lucky for Tassek he stumbled onto her. Cale knew better than to come to her domain unannounced, especially for a human.
She moved out of the way to let him inside, and removed the piece of fabric from her shoulder. Looks like she'll be working on that later. "Go ahead, but explain to me what is going on." As if she needed any sort of explanation
Once Tassek was inside, she closed the door behind her. No, she wasn't going to let anyone else in now..
